Heard a guy who seemed in the know talking about the Americans

Today,was talking to a guy sat behind me came up and talked for about ten mins or so. Mentioned he had had a meeting with zoe the other week no idea who he was but seemed in the know, said letters going out to shareholders in the next few weeks, talked about it as the take over won't be any fan fare about them being majority shareholders, and Delia will still be there initially seems that Delia wants to vet him before she is willing to commit to him,but if goes well that's the end game result, not much but good to know things still moving on the right direction
