As both of those have moved on (along with the entire coaching staff & 15 other players) do you not feel that rigid adherence to the 20/21 System is a rather backward view? (if I suggested we had to recruit a Culverhouse-like player because of our success using the sweeper in 1992/3 you'd probably think I was crackers)
