Due diligence has been done, a season has been spent in the boardroom.

When they came in we were faaaaaar better placed than we are now. Maybe they’ve got cold feet. Or maybe the cost of finance is too high now.

Or maybe the cost of living has hit Chez Delia hard and they want more dosh.
