I'm actually optimistic.

I think the quality we have brought in at this level looks very solid.
Players like Barnes, Stacey and Duffy will bring in a new mindset and blend well with the great wrath of younger talent we seem to have currently.
Fisher, Springett, Rowe and Gibbs have all looked good.
While Max is a talent, I have never liked his attitude.
How many times have we seen him get a "career ending injury" on the pitch and be right as rain 2 minutes later.

The squad looks to have a nice blend of robust men, skilled players and younger talent with lots of potential.

If we sold Max and Rashica I would shed no tears especially if that would allow us to improve the squad.
I think selling Andy would be much more of a hit as he is clearly quality at this level.
