The Saudi Wash will do absolutely nothing to benefit anyone but the Saudi clubs.
Think about it; when clubs lose players then they need to source replacements.
In England this will prob lead to the better players from mid-range clubs being more likely to be recruited and / or more punts taken by big clubs on rough diamonds like Maddison or Buendia.
