Canaries confirm pre-season friendly against Darmstadt

Norwich City have announced a fourth pre-season friendly in the club's summer schedule, against newly-promoted Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt 98.

The fixture will take place on Wednesday, July 12, at Darmstadt's Merck-Stadion am Böllenfalltor (KO 5.30pm UK time/6.30pm local time).

This announcement follows on from last week's confirmation that the club would be opening their pre-season campaign against Barnet on July 4. They will then play King's Lynn Town later the same week.

Darmstadt are the second fixture confirmed for the club's Germany training camp with the Canaries taking on Kaiserslautern on Saturday, July 15. In addition, a training camp in Austria is scheduled to take place during July.

The club are also in the process of confirming a home fixture for the final weekend of July, with details expected to be announced soon.

Barnet v Norwich City - Tuesday, July 4 (KO 7.30pm)
King's Lynn Town v Norwich City - Saturday, July 8 (KO 3pm)
Darmstadt v Norwich City - Wednesday, July 12 (KO 5.30pm UK time/6.30pm local time)
Kaiserslautern v Norwich City – Saturday, July 15 (KO 1pm UK time/2pm local time)
