Used to work with a chap from Minnesota. He said there were lots of people of Scandinavian

descent. I assumed it was because it reminded them of home.

He used to wear lumberjack shirts every day, put tons of ketchup on every (savoury) meal no matter what it was and when he walked over to the other side of town to pick up stuff he'd carry with him a mug of black coffee.
