TBF, I think its a bit unfair to do interviews before the season has ended.

They need to have a good idea of who is leaving and roughly what the current squad is and the gaps they need to fill.
I know this work has been ongoing already but a lot of it has only been made public in recent weeks.

I also think interviews on performance over shorter periods are meaningless. You have to look at the season as a whole.

Saying all that its been so s**t and super worrying that our performances just fell off a f**king cliff with us having abysmal form on the run in when we only need average form to make the playoffs.

The metrics look terrible, especially the home form with lack of chances.

Its clear we need a big clear out and our spending power will hugely depend on who we sell and how much we get.
