Unless you're ManuCity, I don't think you can afford to be totally inflexible in terms of

playing style anymore

At our level, the best coaches are those that can get the best out of the players they have at their disposal, irrespective of playing style. Otherwise, every change of manager means a squad overhaul.

I know lambert is a tosser now, but he was brilliant for us because he looked at the squad, and then came up with a way of playing that got the best out of wes, fox, holt etc.

Where we are now, it feels like at least a season before we know if we're any good
