They will give the manager a year, thinking they can emulate Sunderland or generate the interest Wrexham are attracting with the Ryan money and then s**t the bed if they don't reach the play-offs.
There will be no major investement. Their squad is a strong League One outfit which finally stumbled across a formula after four years of losing out to clubs that have had no financial injection from the footballing pyramid.
They will come to FCR as arse-paper and a team we should expect to take 6 points from for the foreseeable.
