Not sure it's a left vs right thing. Musk has flirted with Democrats and Republicans.

Any court decision will come down to the terms and conditions of the signed agreement and whether it is binding. If it has a commitment regarding the % of bot accounts then Musk might be OK otherwise it could end up being very expensive for him
