Still think he would have been first choice CB last season without firstly the

managerial change and secondly the injury.

If we get promoted again and then manage to stay up I would bet it will be with Omotoye and another CB (if lucky an academy prospect and otherwise an as yet unknown signing).

I don't think any team is going to stay up relying on the likes of Gibson, Hanley and Zimmermann at centre back. I think even Byram did a better job than those three at the end of last season.
