Yeah... In fairness

Finding good opening bats seems a problem for most countries at the moment, but if we have aspirations to properly climb up the rankings it's an obvious gap.

Pope and Foakes and Bairstow did well in the NZ series, and it'd seem unfair to dicker around with them much, but I'd still like to see Pope at 6, Brooks at 3 or some such combo.

Jennings and Hameed both look decent altho flawed openers... The key is going to be in the coaching and preparation I reckon. (the play your natural game and blast away approach doesn't seem the best bet for positions 1-3)
