Popped down to my local cricket club today....

As I often do on a Saturday afternoon, the opposition had Chris Lewis and Yasir Arafat playing for them.

Was good to see them in action (this is an average club cricket standard), and my local side were skittled for 80 odd.

Arafat far too good for that level of cricket. Good to watch though.

Such a shame how things planned out for Lewis after his cricket career. Seems a decent bloke who has learned his lesson.
