Totally agree. There are posters on here who have a sharp sense of humour whom I really

enjoy. Others are more deep thinkers and I really appreciate their input whether I agree with them or not. Unfortunately there is also a minority who fit into neither category and simply resort to putting other people down. As a result the vast majority of board members just lurk as they see the barriers to active participation not worth risking.
