There’s a North Greenwich station car park that’s usually got spaces…

…literally over the road from The O2 (and closer than their official car parks), and if you’re in before 7pm it’s £12.50 for the day before they bump it up to £25 which I assume is for those coming for what’s on in the dome: User Posted Link

I’ve used it for a few events having driven in from Dartford, and I’d expect with the Underground also on strike it’s even less likely to be busy than when I’ve gone (and always got a spot).
