Watched Avoidance last night

Romesh plays a beta male whose wife is leaving him and who is so in denial about it that he effectively kidnaps his kid and runs off to his sister's house (who then upsets her girlfriend by cancelling a trip away) to try to talk him around.

He then ups sticks again and takes the kid to the funfair for the day, and the kid admits having lied about doing well on his spelling test.

They walk back to face the music with the mum/wife, who is waiting at the sister's.

Decent enough watch, tho I wouldn't have said funny or poignant enough to make it a recommend.
