surely if whoever has taken it upon themselves to represent an entire group

then they should have some responsibility for what they are putting their organisations name to? i'm not absolving the club of any criticism but there might have been more due diligence on both party's and then this whole thing would have been avoided. you live and learn. unless you don't.
