Can't see Delia going for that personally

If those were the terms, we'd never borrow unless Delia was happy to sell.

If Delia were ever happy to sell, she would. Currently, based on what we're hearing, doesn't sound like she is happy to sell, but maybe in the long term she might if an investor came along that was willing to play the long game and demonstrate their commitment to the club and the "norwich" (Delia) way of doing things.

It's all speculation to be fair though. What I've said there could be miles off, but if I had to bet, that's where my money would be.
