I can actually understand why Jon Moss didn't give them in real time..

The first one, though definitely a penalty, had some excessive arm flailing that made it look like a dive and the second was far from obvious in real time.
The real culprit for me is Paul Tierney, who had the video evidence that made it clear they should have been penalties (or at the very least looked at again by Moss)
