Would be to sell around half of their stake (30%).
Assuming the club is worth £150m?
This would be £45m in their bread bin, which would cover their historical investment in the club. (And a decent profit).
The remaining 30+% is then retained, they continue to enjoy their roles at the club but without all of the financial responsibility.
