Surely his actions count more than his words?

I would say his decision to sack Farke suggests webber thought that Farke was to some extent to blame, regardless of what he says in this interview.

For what it's worth, I was ok with that decision and agree with Webber's logic in the interview on the look forward. I don't think Farke's style would ever have kept us up.

I think he could acknowledge his role in things not going right a bit more, but overall, I think he's very good for the club.
