We all know recruitment was a bit s**t. Bit hard to say that though when we still have

them all and are either a) hoping they'll come good, or b) trying to offload them.

Calling it out too explicitly is counter- productive at this stage. Pssobly would be more candid in a year or so (I'm sure he's done similar in the past). He did mention spreading the resource too thinly.
