I know it’ll never happen there because of the gun lobby and vested interests but simply saying it’s too late to make a difference is just giving up.

Btw Yanks I’ve met when my folks lived out Weet have been stupidly law abiding and deferential to the law. I think you’d see a lot of the guns handed in if that’s what they were told to do. And that’s a big enough chunk to be worth doing.

But it’s all wishful thinking because of stupid idiots like Cruz.
