Arguably Webber’s biggest f**k up…

The philosophy was supposed to be the philosophy so club can cope with managerial change. Now we essentially have a new manager that wants a totally different type of player to his predecessor the exact thing that our model was supposed to avoid happening.

Guess the bigger argument would be we have looked at other clubs Brentford , blades etc and recognised the need for a different style ?
