Isn't it obvious?

1 - Give fans the best team that can be afforded
2 - Keep debt under control so that there is little danger of the club going bust
3 - Pay wages that attract the best talent possible
4 - Balance fan-affordability with 1 & 3 above
5 - Try & give Yoot a chance

I really doubt there is anything much more complicated than that. I can't see Delia agonising over a 10-Point Plan (and her white fluffy cat got squashed under the portaloo)
