How are they rinsing us for millions when they don't take anything out of the club?

the worst charges that can be levelled at them is that they:

(a) are holding us back by not giving us the opportunity to be [bankrolled][/bankrupted] by a [multi-millionaire]/[billionaire] investor(s).

(b) are slow to identify that the individuals they entrust with running operational & football matters might have [reached their ceiling]/[lost motivation]/[run out of fresh ideas] (or at least slow to do anything about it).
