I do think we should have tried more to keep him yes. I think that transfer and

the message it sent out got us off on the wrong foot from the start.

It meant every transfer in had to be an immediate success as well.

If we'd just stuck with more or less what we had and signed 2 decent holding midfielders I think we would have done so much better.
