we've lost about 20 grand a month since last October. We've had ridiculous bills to pay and the walls have been closing in. In the last month we've refunded over 6 grand to customers due to supplier delays. Yesterday we had a delivery that wouldn't fit in a customer's house, not our fault, but what do you do when it's an 82 year old lady and a 2 grand order. We were literally in tears.

We've been meaning to do videos for ages, but none of us were keen. Eventually at 4pm after another s**t day we said f**k it, we've just got to do this. So we did, off the cuff, unscripted, and unprofessional.

Today we took just under 5 grand in two hours. I might do the next one naked, on a horse. Cheers!
