I would actually sack Dean Smith.

Nice guy and he was worth a gamble.

Fair bit of culpability further up the chain of course.

But we are no better with him and there's no reason to assume we will be any good next season.

We are literally getting pumped every week.

Seems to be the most obvious gain we could make.
