Well obviously no, but...

given the resources available to us there are realistically only a handful of achievable league places higher than we have actually achieved, but a hell of a lot of lower ones. So simple common sense suggests this change you seem so desperate for is way more likely to be in a downward direction than an upward one.
What we (and therefore Webber) is trying to do is incredibly difficult and anyone is likely to fail more often than not. Even clubs which seemed to have achieved it (Sheff U, maybe Leeds) it seems may have just got lucky and postponed the inevitable for a year.
I understand him getting it wrong this season (he's human) but that's OK if he realises he got it wrong (as I'm certain he does) and hopefully learns some important lessons from it.
