You don't need to have money/not have money to know that buying Oreos, Capri sun and coke is a sign of someone not "cutting their cloth accordingly". That's a horrendously heartless thing to suggest analogous to some of these clueless Tory MPs who think the answer is to cook meals for 30p a portion.
