I totally agree, some will go and achieve things maybe even better than us

but we seem to be using the loan market as a shop window rather than getting game time to players that can progress in to the the 1st XI. I also think there is too much expectation on young players at the top end of football...because a few physically mature 19 yos make it in the PL suddenly if you reach 21 and not a regular you are somehow cast aside.
