Mine had gone up from 36 to 69. I think the best deal they offered when I first rang was 59. I said I’d think about it.

I rang back and said I wanted to drop TV and phone and just keep BB and could they give me a price for that. Put me through to another guy who ‘tried some codes’. Basically doubled my speed and kept everything for 32.

Don’t take the first offer is my advice!
