For me, yes. It’s the price we paid though that’s the problem.

He’s another player that’s very good at champs level, but a long way short of Prem. Nearly 9m for that is a lot too much. Burnley knew it, and pulled out pants down on the price of the option to buy. He should have been a 4/5m purchase.

Well, that’s my feeling anyway. Maybe someone will tell me that approaching 10m is the going price for a CB that isn’t, sadly, good enough for the Prem.

Dimi is also looking like a poor signing. Not quick enough, tall enough, strong enough, or good enough defensively for the Prem. Even if he looks good on the ball, especially at champs level. That’s another 6/7m on the wrong sort of player.
