What worries me is...

I do actually think we have a squad good enough to get promoted next season but....will that move us on to the point we can stay in the PL for more than one season.

Would we be better selling off a lot of players and trying to build a new team around "younger" players such as....

Gunn, Rowe, Idah, Omobamidele, Sarge, Tzolis, Mumba, McCallum, Springett, Tomkinson.

Might cost us a year in the champs but we might be more athletic and better prepared.
Maybe a new attitude and fight.
