It's all been made up, all of it, the whole caboodle. A cast of millions, thousands of journalists and photographers, newspapers, "eye witnesses" (ho ho ho!) It's quite brilliant when you think about it for a mo. And it takes a particular, almost unique genius to see through it. Not many can, or do.
