He'll get a job at a club in one of the top level leagues. Smith needs this summer window to put his stamp on the team and I'm sure himself and Webber have a plan for that.

Don't see us being able to attract a manager better than Smith so he needs time to get it right. If we get it right I think Smith's promoted side will be more competitive in the Prem than Farkes managed
