wouldn't *actually* be against Webber taking up a NED role.

He clearly knows a lot of stuff and could be a good advisor and that would fit with him wanting to do 'other stuff' on the side.

Maybe the 'exec director' role is meant to be our CEO equivalent, but feels like it needs to be someone a little more distanced from the Board / personal friendships etc.

That'd all be a relatively easy change and leave us with a more experienced Board and a proper governance structure down through the exec management committee (6 now?) and below
