Sticking with a point vs Brighton rather than going for 3 was beyond weird.
Sticking with Billy when its clear he had enough evidence it wasn't working at all.
Putting Byam in at CB is also strange.

The lackluster attitudes and performances late in the season doesn't give me any confidence he can motivate the players when the going gets tough.
Even if we lose lets show a bit more blood and guts.
