Scott Parker had no experience and got Bournemouth up.

Rooney didn't take the Everton job so can't see him jumping to go to Burnley or Watford with there debts and Watford sacking everyone after 6 months.

I seriously think he would do alright for us and can't see him stayinb in league 1 even if derby get new owners.
