Yep

Seemed a weird appointment at the time (as he was clearly never near being part of our long term plan).

Was encouraged by the early results and stats which suggested that he'd made us more effective. All seemed to unravel with Idah's injury and the odd and constantly changing team selections make those early successes seem more down to luck than him. The management team wasn't as bonkers an appointment as Gunn or Hamilton but it's hard to see how it will foster a smooth transition to another successful season.

Ultimately, I'm dubious about Smith's input on transfers, as his approach to what we've currently got seems so scattergun (and to have failed to improve even the players he likes)

I'd quite like to see Kjetil Knutsen brought in still (tho now we'd have to battle Burnley for him). Clean sweep for the new season.
