Same situation at Man U, they blame the owners and managers when in reality the players are failing, they are all clearly good enough.

We have some players in that team who should of performed better. That's down to coaching managing and systems. If the mood in the camp isn't right that's again players and managers.

Does him climbing a mountain effect yhe players morale believe to do what they are paid for. Course it doesn't.
