That's the thing that has tilted me most this season.

I think PLM and Dowell are currently better than Gilmour and Sorenson more effective when played further back.

Kabak doesn't look significantly better than Andy O or Gibson

Williams offers a different skill set to Dimi, but again seems to be quite variable, and isn't as good as Byram...

I was pleased when we signed them, but felt that they could be used for squad competition rather than guaranteed starters, but they seem to have been played more often than our own. And rather than as competition what we've ended up with is an unsettled side that have never had chance to gel as they constantly get tinkered with.
