Totally agree.

If women's UK football is going to progress they have to develop a more structured and professional system ala the USA.
The US has a great college soccer structure for women including paid scholarships.
It's no accident that the US has been the dominant force in world football.
In the UK a lot of the better athletes probably choose alternative sports because the profile and upside is higher.
