I don't see there is an issue with leadership, it's ability in the end. I don't see any lack of desire or energy.

Kenny, PLM and Rupp are good examples. Not sure what they really offer? What aspect of their game is really good? They're all kind of all-rounders, ok at everything, not standout at anything. The end result being players that don't create enough and aren't solid from a defensive perspective either.

Normann and Gilmour haven't really changed anything.
