Needs to be some sort of guarantee of territorial integrity for rUkr

Otherwise Russia may just try again in another few years once they've rebuilt and re-equipped. And next time they won't make the same mistakes...

Whether that's full NATO/EU membership or some sort of defence pact who knows. Suspect they'll be re-equipping their air force with F16s etc in the future mind.
