No NATO. Crimea officially Russian. Eastern regions independent (knowing they will then become Russian). May land corridor between the two as a little bonus.

Would expect Russia to drop demands for reducing Ukrainian armed forces down to 60k (which they probably added to drop later as a negotiation). They know Ukraine isn’t going to attack them anyway. And might even drop regime change demand cos they know they’ll affect the next election anyway.
