They dont necessarily have to sell, board has authority to issue 1 million new shares

But that would involve them potentially relinquishing control and diluting their shareholding.

What I would like is a recognition that their lack of resources holds us back and a genuine/concerted attempt to find extra capital/resources by whatever means.
