You're lying

She has explicitly said this in the last few weeks.

"What about Norwich City? No, she and Michael are not selling, though if someone reasonable with money to spend came along, they would ask the supporters to vote on it."

Conflating "isn't selling" with "won't sell" might be a simple misreading, but I think its a significant one.

It allows people to moan that she is being deliberately obstructive, and simultaneously ignore the fact that right and proper billionaires with the clubs best interest at heart are either thin on the ground, or quite feasibly don't exist.

Not sure if the lying is mendacious or self deception, and it might be a bit subtle. But yep, the statement that Delia won't sell remains a lie.
